YouTube Layouts

YouTube Layouts How-to in 5 Easy Steps

YouTube has become a very popular way in which to share videos that can be educational and humorous and most companies use the medium as a way in which to communicate and advance their business endeavors.

Today, you have a choice of your own YouTube channel, which means you have options for layouts, which can make your entire image much more polished and professional.

You can choose from many of the free YouTube layouts or have yours custom-made, but regardless of which you choose, you will have to place the layout on your YouTube channel, which requires just a few quick steps:

  1. Once you have logged into your YouTube account, click on your user name in the top center of the page
  2. Click on the "edit your channel"
  3. You will see an option for Channel Design, which you will click on
  4. From this page, you will be able to add your custom background or choose from one that is available for free, but keep in mind, many other channels will also be using the same one, so if you want to stand out, custom-made layout is best.
  5. Once you have your layout up, it will immediately become noticeable to everyone that visits your channel. It gives you a way to offer a more professional image as you use this powerful tool in order to communicate your message to thousands of people.
