Fun Birthday Facts - Ways to Celebrate a Birthday at Work

Birthdays are something that come around every year and when you work in an office setting or any other environment, you like to be remembered on your birthday. This is a great way to motivate employees, by making it a point to remember each and every employee's birthday. This means you need to keep track of their birthdays so that you never forget anyone.

There are several fun ways you can celebrate employee's birthdays including:

  1. Giving a gift card for a specific amount of money
  2. Throw a birthday celebration in the office, that consists of a cake, card, and have an hour or so to just concentrate on having fun
  3. If you work in an office with cubicles, you can decorate the birthday person's cubicle before they arrive to work. Knowing that you cared enough to take the time to do this, not only motivates the birthday person, but the entire office
  4. Order lunch to be delivered to the office or have a potluck where everyone brings a dish, which is always a motivator in any work setting
