Create my own Graffiti

How to create my own graffiti – useful for staff campaigns

Graffiti is an effective non verbal communication tool as it attracts attention. It can be used effectively for staff campaigns as it adds a fun element and can be used to convey important messages.

Graffiti can also be used as part of a motivational exercise.

Graffiti is the name for writing, drawing, sybols, cartoons or simple written words used to represent satirical images or share their feelings, attitudes or movements without speaking a word.  You can have a fun theme to make a cartoon. make your own cartoon character, or create my own layout and win prizes for playing games.

Run a create my own graffiti workshop

Staff can use a creative presentation idea to write comments, suggestions, give feedback to highlight areas of improvement and to give credit to top performers.  A graffiti board will challenge staff to be unique and creative with a good sense of fun to get their message across or identify with social circles within the workplace.  Graffiti is entertaining way for staff to air their views.  Management can then address these concerns and show employees that their input is valued.
